The actual movie is Devil Girl From Mars, but the animation itself is from the very wonderful darkstarpilot community on livejournal. It's like the film_stills community on LJ, but each post is a sci-fi movie accompanied by a series of animated gifs captured from it. Simple but effective idea, much like threeframes.net as mentioned above.

The Great Thumb War Battles.

These made me smile.

For whatever reason, I'm pretty into playing thumb war. I rarely lose even with my non-elegant short fingers. These thumbprints are pretty serious about winning the fight, too. This series of thumb war battles was created by myself in 2006 and has been recently been made available as reproductions of the originals.

The Miniature Mustache Stick.

Inspired by a chocolate mustache mold and the chocolate lollipops that were made using it, this miniature mustache stick is devilishly delicious! Though don't try to eat it, it's all wood, but perfect for sticking in muffins, fruit or cupcakes. Or how about try using it to pose in front of people, cats and objects before you snap their photo?
