Does "annoying" include bad grammar and poor spelling?
Annoying someone via the Internet is now a federal crime.
It's no joke. Last Thursday, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity.

And are we also allowed to sue the people who forward us chain letters?
It should. It should also include forwarded jokes and hoaxes not verified on Snopes. But not kitten pix. Or penguins. Or pandas. Or robots.
