Not so impressive looking, but remarkable in that they're made from 80% potato starch and 20% vegetable oil. Shame they don't seem to sell directly to consumers.
Made from readily available renewable resources, very interesting.
In the world of camping equipment, you can purchase cutlery made from Lexan. The advantage is that they're virtually unbreakable, and don't absorb colors or odors. As a result, they last for years, saving loads on non-renewable resources.
